Bernie and the Custodians performed their Neil Diamond Tribute Show at our Rugby Club fund raiser in June 2009. I have to say that it was the most professional performance I had seen for a long time. The Custodians warmed the crowd up with songs from the period and soon had the crowd on the dance floor. When Bernie arrived as Neil Diamond, they were ready to party. His performance as Neil Diamond was outstanding. People remarked that he sounded EXACTLY like Neil Diamond to the point where some wondered if he was miming. That idea was put to rest when he changed some of the words mid song!
Combining humour with great music and song choice, our audience was treated to a world-class performance and many said it could only have been better if Neil himself had turned up!
We especially appreciated the effort the Custodians made after the show to keep the entertainment going for a full four hours. The dance floor was packed and they were forced to play several encores before we could empty the venue.
I can whole heartedly recommend both the Neil Diamond Tribute Show and the Custodians as the back-up band to anyone wanting first class, professional entertainment. Call me on 07-844 8134 if you need further information.
